Baby Booties

I found out that someone else I know is having a baby. I think that when
everyone around is really into reproducing, it means that you might be getting
old….

Anyway, last night I started a set of baby booties from my
Knitting for Baby book. I was a little
apprehensive at first because to finish the entire project i would have to make
TWO booties. What if I was sick of it after the first one? There are 2 kinds
of booties in the book. Sarah started one of them and it seems like she is
really close to being done with the first bootie (booty?). I started the other
kind which was called “stay on baby booties.” They are knit on double pointed
needles and are really fun. I only have part of the first bootie done and i am
not sick of yet, so i think will eventually finish.
