If you have a Girl on the Rocks Mounted Deer Ornament Kit, you may need a pattern to knit a tiny scarf.

This is a basic pattern for a tiny garter stitch scarf.

Needles: US 1 or US 2
Yarn: Any fingering weight yarn, approx 15 yards

Cast on 6 stitches. Knit the first row.
On all subsequent rows, slip the first stitch and knit the remaining 5 stitches.
Continue until the scarf is about 8 inches long.
Bind off and weave in ends.
After placing the scarf on the buck, I use a small amount of yarn to tack the scarf into the crossed position.
