almost done with square #1 March 26, 2004
I am already almost done with my first 10 inch x 10 inch square for the
baby blanket my friends and i are knitting. I ran out of yarn only about 3 rows
short of finishing the square. I would have made it except that there was a
join in the yarn near the beginning, and i decided to cut the yarn there so i
could control where the knot would end up (at the end of a row). then i think i
left too long of a tail and i didnt have enough to make it to the
end
