If you would like to return your item and receive a refund, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for costs associated with shipping the item back to me. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to you. If an item arrives in a damaged condition, you must contact me within 7 days to see if replacement is possible. Customized items cannot be returned.
Mugs, T-shirts and totes are produced on demand and are not returnable. Contact me to arrange an exchange.
United States shipping: Items are shipped by USPS First Class Mail Parcel and tracking information is provided when the item ships. Shipping is calculated by the weight of your final package, and the minimum shipping fee is $3.50. Upgrades to USPS Priority and Express are available at checkout; these methods average $10 to $25 per order. In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.
International shipping: USPS First Class mail is used for international shipments and the postage is calculated by weight. The minimum shipping cost to most countries is $14.50. Unfortunately the tracking number for USPS First Class Package international shipments does not continue after the item leaves the United States. To help protect your purchase, I include the price of shipping insurance on International Shipments. In the rare case that your item is undelivered, we must wait 40 days before I can start the refund process (a requirement of the shipping insurance). Though costly, International shipping upgrades are available and will provide complete package tracking. Upgrade to priority at check out.
Mugs, T-shirts and totes are made on demand and ship separately from other items in the shop. Production time is approximately 5 business days with additional time required for shipping. Shipping upgrades are not available at this time.
Stripe – Pay with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or using Apple Pay on enabled mobile devices.
Paypal – pay with your Paypal balance, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), or linked checking account.
I don’t see or store your credit card number when paying by the above methods.
Request invoice – If you prefer to pay by Square or Square cash, choose ‘request invoice’ at checkout and I will manually send you an invoice or my cashtag.
When a standard item runs out of stock, you can place a backorder for that item. Backordered items take 2 weeks to ship, and will ship separately from the rest of your order unless you specify otherwise.
