A mythical Japanese spirit figure (yokai) awoken from the bottom of the ocean, the Amabie appeared to a townsperson in 1864. It was described as having long hair, a beak, scales. and three legs. It said “Good harvest will continue for six years from the current year; if disease spreads, draw a picture of me and show the picture of me to those who fall ill
and they will be cured.”

This listing includes ONE charm in your choice of color with a metal lobster-style clasp. It has been laser cut hand painted and are available in black with white detail or green with black detail.
