If you would like to return your item, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping the item back to me. If an item arrives in a damaged condition, you must contact me within 7 days to see if replacement is possible. Customized items cannot be returned.
Items are shipped by USPS First Class Mail Parcel and tracking information is provided when the item ships. Upgrades to USPS Priority and Express are available at checkout. In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.
Payments are accepted through Paypal. With this method you can pay with a Paypal balance or by a credit card. If you don’t like Paypal and would like to pay with a credit card that will be processed by Square, select “Invoice” as the payment option and I will send you an invoice with a secure link for credit card payment (and I will never see your credit card number).
When a standard item runs out of stock, you can place a backorder for that item. Backordered items take 2 weeks to ship, and will ship separately from the rest of your order unless you specify otherwise.
