I used to roast chestnuts somewhat frequently, but haven’t in years. I needed to re-learn how and found your site. Thank you!!! The “delicious little brains” are in the toaster oven now. I can’t wait to eat them up yum!

haha! last christmas we had a bbq, and decided to roast chestnuts, BUT we forgot to vent the suckers!! Scary little explosions all over the place….but YUM!
