I heard about someone who made knitting needles out of rolled up paper and reinforced with pva glue as the flight regs are very strict…

Oooh! Where in Melbourne will you be staying? I have lots of helpful suggestions, but the one place you CANNOT miss is Marta’s, out in Caulfield – it’s about a twenty minute train ride from the city, and the shop is about five minutes walk from the station – I would be more than happy to show you around the two main yarn shops in the area!
